As a team, we all bring a unique and special contribution to the Art & Living collective. 

 Working both together and separately, the Art & Living Team are able to provide a unique space for you to be fully present and completely you, enabling your empowerment and personal development in a wide variety of ways. 

Drawing from a vast pool of talents in the field of natural health and wholistic wellbeing,  our trainer brings their special way of working to our centre. Our dedicated, professional trainers and coaches and are highly skilled in their field. Each trainer has their own personal business but is part of our Art & Living Centre for mind, body and spirit wellbeing.

We provide individual coaching, public talks and workshops, plus meditation and mindfulness training for all ages with a focus on youth and personal wellbeing. 

Emma Gill

Working with young women searching for change.

Emma is a great listener and has a natural affinity with people. Her insights are deep and she is friendly and very easy to connect with.

She is a fully qualified Primary School Teacher and Life Coach, with a degree in education and psychology.

Emma became a Life Coach out of her own personal journey with mental health. Her experience in this area has given her a deeper understanding of importance of wellbeing.  She has realised the value of taking care of the body, the mind AND the soul in order to reclaim her personal power and ultimately her life. She uses this as a strong foundation for her work as a life coach. Emma works in Lower Hutt & Wellington.


Nenah Milne

Providing a holistic approach to coaching teen girls.

Nenah provides help and motivation to teen girls who are wanting to implement positive change in their lives. 

Nenah knows that with some guidance, girls can live their best lives and achieve their wildest goals, all whilst staying motivated and thriving with the balance that every teen needs.‍

Nenah works from home and is Christchurch based. She is a young woman with wisdom beyond her years, many talents and an incredible outlook on life.
